Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering into this promotion (the “Promotion”), participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: The Promotion is only open to customers with Crown Decorating Centre (CDC) accounts, who are UK residents aged 18 and over (the “Participants”). The Promotion is not available to National Painting Contractors, Local Authorities, Housing Associations or other Purchasing Organisations.
  2. Promotional Points accrued can be exchanged for Lifestyle Vouchers, holidays and Red Letter Day Vouchers (“Reward”) – see their Reward page for details.
  3. The Promotion will run from 1st October and points will accrue on products purchased from a Crown Decorating Centre (including on the Crown Decorating Centre website (www.crowndecoratingcentres.co.uk). The Promotion will run until 31st December 2019 or sooner if notified otherwise by the Promoter (the “Promotion Period”). Only purchases made by Participants within the Promotion Period will be considered when determining the eligibility of Participants to receive a Reward under the Promotion.
  4. Notwithstanding paragraph 3 above, for Participants paying through (manufacturers direct accounts), only sundry item purchases will be eligible for points under this Promotion.
  5. This Promotion is not open to any employee or agent of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion.
  6. Points will be awarded from the start of the month of joining the Promotion. will be no backdating of points for products purchased prior to joining the Promotion.
  7. This Promotion is open to all Crown Decorating Centre customer account holders if: (i) you register via the microsite (www.cdcrewards.redpoints.co.uk/signup)
  8. The monitoring and recording of Rewards will be controlled by the Promoter.
  9. The Rewards will be sent to the person named as the Participant’s business owner.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claim to the Rewards on reasonable grounds, including (but not limited to) cases where any invoiced amount remains unpaid on the account or where the Participant’s account has been placed on stop by the Promoter. If the Reward has been sent out when this becomes apparent, then you authorise the value of the rewards to be debited from the Participant’s account.
  11. During the Promotion Period all spend will be processed on a monthly basis.
  12. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to the Rewards once they have been dispatched.
  13. No cash alternative will be given.
  14. The Promoter will only offer Rewards as stated and, for the avoidance of doubt, does not accept responsibility to pay any additional sums or expenses whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any form of insurance). Further terms and conditions relating to the use of the Rewards may apply on booking events.
  15. The Rewards are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of a similar or higher value including in the event the original rewards offered is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  16. Participants making claims on behalf of the account must be authorised to do so by their business. Any tax or national insurance liability from this Promotion is the responsibility of the Participant.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and amend or terminate this Promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
  18. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  19. Data Protection: the Promoter is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that is collected from Participants in connection with this Promotion will be used for this Promotion. The Promoter will not pass on the information collected to any third parties (except our partner, Motivates Inc, who will be fulfilling the rewards).
